RedMatter is excited to offer our Mission Development Program (MDP) to students who are seeking exerience in technology and management consulting.

This is a paid program exposes candidates to:

  • learn and work with the latest technologies
  • collaborate with professional team members including architects, developers, business analysts, and program managers
  • develop skills, get certifications, and potentially land a full time position


  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a community college or four year university
    • Prefer Junior to Senior level candidates, however individuals that possess unique capabilities, skills, and eagerness to learn will be considered for the internship positions
  • Preferred Majors
    • Engineering/Computer Science (or related), English, Marketing, Business
  • Internship Types
    • Seasonal Interns
      • Start – Targeting May 1st
      • End – Targeting August 31st
    • Long Term Interns
      • Start – TBD based on candidate availability and schedule
      • End – TBD based on candidate availability and schedule
  • Activities may include:
    • Develop proof of concepts using industry software and tools to support RedMatter capability development
    • Service Desk and System Administration Support for O365, Azure, and AWS subscriptions
    • Develop internal corporate tools and services leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint Online, PowerBI, etc.
    • Support research and development of new capabilities, solutions, or services for RedMatter
    • Support development of whitepapers, articles, blog posts, etc.
    • Support marketing and branding of RedMatter including managing social media accounts and services, developing company material and templates, designing graphics and content
    • Support business development and proposal development activities including coordinating meetings, capturing minutes, developing diagrams, research and writing
